Scope
For all deliveries of Onorato und Gjoertz GbR to consumers these general terms and conditions (AGB) are valid. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with Onorato und Gjoertz GbR, owner: Henrik Gjoertz, Inselstr. 11, c/o Onorato, 10179 Berlin.
Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the button "Pay now" you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of revocation, you have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment.
In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following shall apply to the right of revocation

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (c/o Onorato, Inselstr. 11, 10179 Berlin, +49(0)1631555828, mail@jadorable.world) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the following sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory: http://jadorable.world/widerrufsformular.pdf. You may also electronically complete and submit the sample revocation form or other unambiguous declaration by e-mail. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make any refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their nature, properties and functioning.
