Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions due to COVID-19, see below) and will send your order within 2-5 working days. US and UK shipping is currently happening once a week to keep shipping costs down for the customer. If you need an order to be shipped more urgently, we might be able to adapt. You can contact us about this for example via our contact form.


We always ship with tracking. If you're buying a particularly valuable item we highly recommend choosing shipping with appropriate insurance. Insurance is provided by the shipping service.


Shipping Rates


Germany: For orders over €150, shipping is free. Under €150, shipping costs €4.99. We ship tracked with DHL Paket (insured up to €500)

 



EU: Small parcels €8 with insurance of €50, or €15 with insurance to €500. Large parcels €15




USA*: €16.50 for small items, €26.50 for medium sized items, €37 for large items and €44 for XXL items. All options include insurance up to €250. For full insurance please ask.

Mexico:

  • Small €15.99 (insured to €50)
  • Medium €22.49 (insured to €50)
  • Large €47.99 (insured to €500)




    United Kingdom:
    * Small €13 (insured to €50)
    * Medium €17 (insured to €50)

    Because of new customs checks on the UK border, UK customers might be charged customs fees and VAT for any imports. There might also be delays at the border, which we unfortunately have no control over.
